PROVISION 18 U.S.C. 2257
In order to comply with legal requirements, our company adheres to 18 U.S.C. 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements.
In this way, we undertake to keep records of the following information for each performer (Creator):

Legal name, as well as any other names used;
Date of birth;
Government-issued photo identification;
The URL associated with the depiction.

We also undertake to keep these records at the place of business or with a third party that allows access at least twenty hours per week. Under the law, we keep copies of all records for seven years. If our business dissolves, records must be maintained for five years afterward.
We also accept all other obligations under the aforementioned Act.
